Awards Banquet Nominations
All nominations must be received by Tuesday, November 24, 2020 by 4:00 p.m. Nomination forms must be completely filled out and dropped off to the Chamber office located at 1995 NW Vine St., mailed to P.O. Box 970 Grants Pass, OR 97528, or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

This award can be for a new structure or renovation project over $10,000 in the past year that creates or enhances a commercial building and encourages further design improvements for the community.
50 or more employees
49 or fewer employees
A chamber member who has a record of dependability, success, exceptional customer service and outstanding community service and leadership. This can be your business or nominate another.
Criteria for selection include business character, business excellence, customer relations, and community service.
Spears Commitment to HealthCare Award
This award is for a person or office that leads in performance measures to improving
healthcare in the Josephine County Area.
Criteria for selection include; being in the healthcare business in Josephine County for three (3) years or more, business character, business excellence, customer relations, and community service.
Chamber Person of the Year
A chamber member who has made significant contributions to the development of the Grants Pass & Josephine County Chamber of Commerce
Criteria for selection include chamber activities and involvement; business/occupational /professional success;
civic and community involvement; citizenship and personal conduct.
An organization or a citizen of Grants Pass and Josephine County who has made significant contributions to the level of supporting
the spirit of the Grants Pass & Josephine County community.
Criteria for selection include; business/occupational /professional success; civic and community involvement; citizenship and personal conduct.
Fostering a Legacy
This award is for an organization or a person that is a leader in guiding children or students in their appropriate paths for education.
Criteria: Must be in education for a minimum of three (3) years, have excellent character and leadership style, supporting community service in Josephine County.
Criteria for selection include 2 years of professional experience within their current field. Their company has devoted time to improving
the quality of life of others through civic, community and professional service. Actively developing leadership skills and demonstrating growth
towards future goals and must demonstrate exceptional and personal achievements and an unwavering commitment to our community.
Innovation - (New Award for 2020)

This award is for a company that has looked beyond current obstacles and environment to succeed through innovation, creativity, and leadership.
Criteria: A Chamber member that has proven success in an unfavorable environment.
