The Menu for this evening is Rogue Valley Pear Salad - grilled pears, spring greens, Oregon Blue Cheese, sun dried cranberries, hazelnuts and marionberry vinaigrette.
Chicken Kiev-stuffed with butter, herbs, and chives, panko breaded with hollandaise sauce; Fresh vegetable medley; Rice pilaf; Rolls and butter. Dessert is Lemon Cream Cake or Chocolate Tuxedo Cake.
