NEWSTART for the Family
NEWSTART FOR THE FAMILY begins February 21st at 6:00 p.m. at the Grants Pass Seventh-day Adventist Church Better Living Center, 1360 NE Ninth Street.
This scientifically researched health restoration program meets Tuesdays and Thursdays for a total of 8 sessions, ending March 19. NEWSTART includes lifestyle principles that prevent and reverse disease through natural methods. Classes will include cooking demonstrations, videos, and guest speakers. This is a great series to learn the basics of meal planning and cooking with plant foods.
