The first hour will be for beginners and we will utilize interval training to jump start your 5k training! You can be 5k ready by the Run for the Law 5k in March.
The second hour we will utilize the same interval training, but to increase distance.
The third clinic we will introduce sprinting to increase our pace. I will also go over warm up techniques, cool downs and injury prevention! If you are enjoying, you can sign up for my training program that will prepare you for the March for the Law 5K or 10K!
