    Oregon Second Chance Tour                            

    Please join us Wednesday, September 19th from 3:30 to 5:00 pm, at the WorkSource Rogue Valley Annex for a special workshop on hiring people with criminal records. See below for registration details.

    The Second Chance Tour is an initiative of the Oregon Governor's Reentry Council. Hear fresh insights and ideas for expanding job opportunities within your company from a dynamic group of Second Chance Employment experts, talented employees and the businesses that hire them.

    Who should attend the event? If you are in any sort leadership position, own a business, make hiring decisions, work in human resources, or just want to learn more about this work in hopes of creating positive change in the business world, this event is for you. Regardless of the industry, sector, or size of your business, the practice of Second Chance Employment can not only help expand your hiring pool but also positively impact the dynamic and energy at your company.
